A flight upon the winds of chance
A frightening and an unsafe ride
The fates are pulling here and there
A breathless journey with lives on line

The feeling of a carnival ride
With twists and turns and free falls many
Unsure of this journeys path
Hang on without a seat belts safety

The short days come, the night times flee
And the fright grows large and crazy
The heart is racing, breaths increase
The skin grows damp with sweat

As prayers rise high in endless skies
And options of escape decrease
