For tummy and rear
Tighten and heighten
Firm and tone too
But the crink in my neck

Now what am I to do?
I can't turn my head
Without hurting
Like a beep
And I came off sounding
More like the bleating
Of several sheep
Well, next year I plan to
Ease into the year anew
Attacking is attacking
And subtle is the better
Thing to do...
