"POETIC SNEEZES"
I feel a poetic sneeze coming on, My nose is running in meter and rhyme, I went to see the poetry shaman, He said that I was beyond help this time,
I feel a poetic sneeze once again, Now my nose is running perfect haiku, Seventeen syllables drip on the pen, And nature reveals herself before you,
I feel a poetic sneeze and a tear, My nose is running and so are my eyes, This is how I deal with sadness and fear, And in writing, my healing's finalized,
I feel a poetic sneeze in the air, My nose is twitching with magical fuzz, Brand new worlds and inspiration I share, Why do I write poetry? Just because,
I feel a poetic sneeze--ahh-ahhh-cchhhoooooo! It's not fatal--so I'll share it with you!
