I saw this cartoon, and the following immediately came to mind.

Feeling sassy today--enjoy. :)

Poem Artwork

Who needs a meteorological degree?
I can save you the trouble
(and the expense)
with
ONE
EASY
LESSON:

The current forecast
is available when you look
out of the window.

WHO  NEEDS WEATHERMEN??

I'll even give you some hints:

If it's sunny, it's dry.
If it's raining, it's wet.
If there's a LOT of rain, it's flooding.
If it's snowing, it's cold.
If your thermometer explodes, it's HOT out there!
If your window blows out, there's a hurricane or tornado nearby.
If it's dark, it's night.

ROFL!!!
I've missed you friend. Thanks for the laugh. I really needed it. I hope you were successful giving up smoking but if not, don't be too hard on yourself. I hope to find time soon to read more of your work. As you know I haven't been very active in here for a while but I MADE time this weekend to catch up a bit. Sheesh...gotta lot of work to do! lol
Take care

And if you ignore the weatherman you'll be right more often than not.

And if you pop your nose out of the window and instantly begin to meeeeeeeeelt, it's because there's the most horrific heat-wave out theeeeeeeeeeeere. Wheeeeeeeeeeew! :0) (It's 8.30 am and temperature is already up in the 100's).

Actually that is the preferred method for me cause I haven't seen too many decent reports lately, I mean it's cloudy out and they say possibility of rain....duh?

really laughing out loud as I have read this immediately following the TV forecast, which is the same as it has been every day for a week or more and which is, of course, easily predictable if you simply look outside the window! ha ha. I just love it when you are funny!! Dawn

NS, Karla, I wonder why they don't put windows in the weathermen's studio so that he/she could make a more logical forcast. Cute!
Take care,
