What a ride it's been!

Karen, God gave me the best present ever, in you. Happy Birthday, glad we've shared these years together. :)

Remember when you were young,
when time had no meaning; when
you thought you were invincible;
when you thought Christmas or
your birthday would never come;
when you thought your parents
were ancient?

And now, the years accelerate
faster than a rollercoaster on
the downhill slide; you look back;
you look ahead; should you fear?
No.  Just grab onto the lapbar
of life; enjoy the ride; be thankful for
a new day.

Feel the breeze kissing your face;
feel the wind racing through
your hair; if you feel a little daring,
raise your hands into the air and
celebrate!  Today is your day; have
fun; smile; and know that I love you,
very much.
