the weather is a dynamic, a complicated system of systems that ultimately has our collective good at heart. for example, hurricanes pump vast amounts of water from the as far away as the west coast of africa into the center f north america. this year atlanta is 'bout out of water and lake speroir's wateer level is down a foot to bdate no hurricane have come ashore. of course individuals inthe pathe of one of these storms might be in for a rough time . . .

I haven't figured out why there are weather forecasters, there job is an educated guess. God will have His way.
