Back went out with the morning laundry. Spine stiff as if it were starched, the muscles neatly fold me in half ... nerve unraveled, undone by the Tide ... Should have stayed in bed. LOL
Should, coulda, woulda...wish we could see the future and prepare better but life is full of ups and downs. I hope and pray your back gets repaired promptly.
