Sensitivity to nerves ripe with fear
as the sky opens directly over my
head. Lightning flashing; thunder
crashing; rain blowing sideways
on mad sheets of wind, a tornado
of sound. A massive jolt finds me
blinking stupidly from the floor at
the sun streaming in through the
window: all that panic for nothing.
What a way to begin the morning!
There, in the picture, are mean clouds if I ever see ones, but after been slapped a few times by typhoons in the shoth seas and Chine seas and mean looking cloudly sky just looks like a pathetic effort to shout Booooohh! to a charging bull.
Your poor thing. Sounds like just the kind of weather I enjoy. Been to Texas several times in the last few years and I enjoyed the storms. Love driving in them too. We've decided to move out of snow country. Maybe we'll look into Texas. Calm down, enjoy God's wondrous weather and have a great day Karla. Wel done my friend.
A sleeping poem. This part is so full of visual sweets: "rain blowing sideways on mad sheets of wind, a tornado of sound." Good stuff, Karla. --charlie
