i AM SO SORRY. My friend Elizabeth Hebron has Fibromyalgia. (You and Eliz would adore each other.) I know from her experience just how
painful and debilitating it can be. Now that I am past the big 7-0, I am suffering from aches and pains a lot more often, and I have to confess, I have a hard time not feeling sorry for myself. Don't always succeed! And these are just common, everyday, garden variety a's & p's!!!!

As a theater person and a healer, I can relate to your poem...I know I have said this before, but remember pain is a memory...If you can release the memory of how this pain feels, it will diminish it's affect on you...
I send healing energy to you my dear Karla, with hopes that you will find a bit of relief...close your eyes and breath in healing light, and let it flow to where your pain is. Each breath gives you fresh new energy...
Feel better soon, if possible. The chronic nature of your ailments leave you little to hold on to. But you seem to anyway. Through your writing, caring, and even chasing storms. May your pain lessen and your joy increase. Hugs, Liz
Well Karla between my diabetes, heart problems, BP and feet problem thrown in I know I have similiar characters performing up here in Canada too. Glad we can still take it with a smile on our faces for when we stop smiling it will be because we no longer feel at all...right/

My hubby can tell the weather with his bones. He can tell me two weeks ahead that a snowstorm would be here in Toronto, and he was right in most predictions.
