Nobody loves me, everybody
hates my vinegar breath ---
they don't want my kisses.
Say I'm pickled. Not: sober
as the truth. They say I
reek. Maybe so. That's
okay. Been taking two
teaspoonfuls of apple cider
vinegar before meals ---
trying to lose a little excess
me. Have more energy, my
clothes seem to be looser:
guess I'll have to stay pickled.
You know, for years, my mom took (and still does) apple cider vinegar after reading a book about folk medicine not to lose weight, but for staying in good health....and I did the same. I talked with a chiropractor once who asked me why I did it...and he told me that there are good health benefits in doing this and went on to explain a few. So, Karla, not only have you written a cute poem, but you've also given excellent advice!
Let's hear it for apple cider vinegar, one of my saviours, and good for gout, too, and burning in the feet.
If they don't like your breath, Karla...tough!
Good you are trying to lose weight, Karla, but you can keep your pickly-vinegary breath to yourself! That's NASty! LOL Cute poem and love the pic! ('Course, I took it! LOL)
