his horrid doggie breath
singed all kitty s whiskers
til they ain t nothin but nubs
made kitty s eyes water
smelled like he ate somethin
that died

give doggie a warnin
gon play whoop ass on doggie
if doggie don t leave kitty alone
fur out
grow into kung fu kitty size
growl

back off doggie
git outta kitty s face doggie
or you re gonna git it doggie
mama hears kitty s growlin
tells kitty to stop
pickin on the doggie

doggie started it

and why is mama stickin up
for the doggie anyway

go back to sleep
right in kitty s second favorite spot
in front of the door
leadin from the livin room
into the kitchen
kitty s favorite spot is on mama s bed

but mama says it s too hot
to have kitty on the bed
banished from her room
and into doggie space
kitty hates doggie space
almost as much as kitty hates doggie

kitty is asleep
doggie decides he has to walk
right where kitty is sleepin
steps on kitty s belly
that s it this is war
kitty throws a wall eyed hissy

and proceeds to open
a can of whoop ass
and shreds the doggie
dang doggie deserved it
