it's hard to believe
another year is passing
where does the time go?

when we were younger
we thought we had forever
it's different now

now that we're older
we wish that we'd recapture
those innocent times

but it's not to be
enjoy the time we have left
and thank God for it

a new year's dawning
we pray that this one's better
than the year before

let's stop and reflect
all the changes last year brought
ALWAYS REMEMBER

there is always hope
a new year brings new promise
for each one of us
