since kate killed us, we have this strange power.
we can shoot beams of Light from our fingers.
it's kind of cool, but hard to get used to.
karen keeps zapping me, leaving stingers.

it doesn't help that i can make her mad.
she gets mad, ZIP--ZAP--ZOWIE!!! green sparks fly.
i wind up with smoke rising from my ears.
when she loses it, MY rear ends up fried.

scorch marks are ruining all of my clothes.
i smell like i fell into a fire.
she singed my eyebrows off, lighting my smoke.
i wish better aim, she would aquire.

my hair is sticking straight out on my head.
it looks like i've been electrocuted.
karen needs to learn to have better aim.
or i'll be dead again--executed.

getting killed once was not a lot of fun.
reincarnation, a bit of a pain.
no wonder i've become a weather fan.
i have to put myself out when it rains.

i've basically learned how to use my Light.
once in a while, i make a mistake.
like the time i knocked out ed's antenna.
at least i haven't started an earthquake!
