Darn it! I do suffer with punctuation.
Have you ever put a monkey in a picture, a still picture?
It just doesn’t seem right, does it? It doesn’t look right does it?
I mean a monkey is as close as you get to something unstill isn’t it? Yeah I know it’s a new word, a monkey sort of word, you know just monkeying around so to speak. Therefore, now I say to myself, how, if I can’t paint a monkey being still, and make it look real, how can I paint it otherwise, well have you got an answer? I’m asking you, do you paint by the way? Well, then you know painting a gaiting horse is easy enough, one leg forward, one back etc. However, a monkey, where every part moves all at the same time, what reference point should I choose?
I mean somewhere it has to stay still to be able to see it, it’s a monkey right, a monkey monkeying around, it’s a real headache.
I tell you, it’s almost like having sex on a still picture; it’s sort of sterile isn’t it? I mean after all, having sex ,is like well, monkeying around, a lot of movements, just like a monkey coming, to think of it, why bother, why paint it, why not the real thing.
