I just love this, Dale... yep, she sure smacks of reality to me, too... It is quite sad how peeps have images that these spiritual beings are so "flimsy" when actually they are as "real" as you and me - well, that's what I think, amyway; mind you AM I real, I have to ask myself... not even sure I know the answer to that??!! :)) Loved the down-to-earth verisimilitude to this which makes Heaven no more than a giggle away... my kinda write! Who is to say what is real- just the small-minded think they are able to do that- you made this silver star come alive as if she was standing right here, and that is the point of good writing- I also liked the soft hand you used on this so that it does not sound too spacey. Great ending, too.
