The tragedy in Spain,
They know not from where it came.
The explosions that hit the trains.
It surely it a crying shame,
that so many lives were destroyed
and the evil ones didn’t even know their names.
What happens to people in their minds?
That they can do such horrible things
and not even look back to see,
the sorrow they have sent
to those loved ones left behind.
If they did this in religions name,
I am really glad our religion is not the same.
If they did it for spite,
then I know God will show them
with all his might, that what they have done
is just not right.
I would hate to be in their shoes
when it comes time to pay their dues.
I hope that somehow things will calm down
and we can all settle down to a better life,
without all this terrible strife.
I know it isn’t meant to be this way,
with all the anger and hate in the world today.
I pray that the God I know,
will somehow find a way to show,
that peace, love, and harmony
is the route for all of us to go.
Good write. I especially like the fact that you are not afraid to make a distinction in deities. At least from the view of man. I’m not really religious, but it is not difficult to see that some religions are vastly different than others. Good job.
