Here's a lake you'll want to avoid
Unless your desire is to die

I'll keep my feet here where it's dry

Is an eerie, mist shrouded lake
It causes a bone chilling feel
That visitors say they can't take

First spotted in Bulwagga Bay

Soon it gained notoriety
Some folks thought it should have a name
Since Lake Champlain was its playground
"CHAMP" would become its claim to fame

Was spotted a lumbering beast
So very much like a Bigfoot
'Cept that it had much sharper teeth

So many stories have been told
And many descriptions differ
Of the Ape Man of Arkansas
Yet all of them makes one shiver
