Katrina�s killer crushing blows Consumed the skies and earth below And Rita� ruthless relentless ways Ravaged hope till none remains Now shattered lives look to the east Will yet more come or will they cease Heartlessly God�s mistress Nature screams �The earth is mine! Mine to redeem!� Will Stan or Tammy come to pass? Or Vince and Wilma their shadow cast? Oh how the devastation soars The warning signs we still ignore.

Excellently metered and rhymed, there are powerful lessons in this one. Brings to mind, "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature."
