Thoughts During A Concert

I seem to always have someone tall who blocks my view at a concert. Why does this always seem to happen to me.

Why’s my seat always
            behind someone tall
so I can’t see
            the performer at all?

And why do I always
            sit on the aisle
where people step on me
            and never smile?

Why does the person
            I’m sitting beside
always have a body
            that’s extra wide?

And when I can see
            everything so clear
why does someone talk
            so I can’t hear?

Larry, I feel your pain but the next time you go to concert, go with not having bathed for two weeks prior to the concert, speak into your cell phone so people around you can hear you tell the invisible 'other party' that you can't see over the person sitting in front of you...two can play this game, and oh yah, when people around you are speaking way too loudly stand up and yell...."Hey folks give it a rest, I'm trying to sleep here."

Good luck,
Dan

When, an inconsiderate somebody steps over your toes let out a blood curling scream and dive to hold your foot leaving the offender upraised looking around as everybody looks at him/she like you will look at Jack the Ripper.
As for the ones talking...well look at them like you ARE Jack the Ripper.

Good one, Larry. A witty take on why most folks stay home and
watch TV. Which leads to this question: Why is it that on that
rare occasion when there are two shows you want to see, they're
on the same night at the same time? Gene.
