There once was a saint called Patrick
Who chased away snakes with a stick.
He lifted his staff
And chased them out fast.
And that was how Pat did the trick.
Some folks think ol'Pat was a Mick.
But green was not what he would pick.
He was Italian.
And quite a stallion.
And green only when he was sick.
