I must have missed these this past weekend. Working too hard, I guess. That first one brings some strong memories for me. I remember coming back from my grandpa's funeral when I was twelve. I couldn't bear to sit in his chair. I just stared at it for I don't know how long. It was the same with my great-grandpa. His chair was on the porch. Which is maybe why I write so many porch poems.

Stunning Ku as you always do, Lori. I like the fourth and the sixth the best but the image portrayed by the first is haunting...okay, okay...reading them a second time..I love them all.
