If life is a roller coaster
I am on the up side
I get to catch my breath
Lean my head back, let
The headache ease and
Hold still for a moment,
Just a brief moment of eternity
Before the clenching comes
Roaring down hills and through
Loops, head banging screams and tears
Of which, I am all too familiar.
This is a great description of life, and boy, when we are on the upside, that is the time to sit back and enjoy!! Great one, again. I think I am a new fan of your poetry :) Michelle
