How many times did this happen to you? I learned a lesson though, don't scratch until your parked.

Poem Artwork

Don’t Ever Scratch an Itch

Sitting with my blinker on waiting patiently for the people to load their bags.
Watching how slowly & meticulously they check everyone for sales tags.
They looked like they got bargains for the stores were having great sales.
As I sat and watched, my imagination came alive & I made up little tales.

Oh, they’re rearranging them again for the trunk couldn’t hold them all.
They removed ever single bag again and tried to make them small.
So once more they put them in and this time they seemed to fit.
And all the time I good-naturedly watched, it didn’t bother me a bit.

Now it was time for them to load the kids, each one had to be belted in.
They fought and squirmed like little fish, when you try to grab their fin.
They’re finally in the tightly packed car when the driver belts up too.
He starts the engine to the auto & the lights come on as if right on cue.

Back he comes fast in my direction, so I had to back up a tiny bit.
I naturally didn’t want to slow him down but I didn’t want to get hit.
As I was just putting my car back into gear, I had an itch on my face.
I only scratched it for just a second, when someone ripped off my place.

Written,
Bonnie May

courtesy is a lost phenomenon in today's society -- caring and fair play have long since lost their virginity to a ravenously crass, class of individuals -- whatever happened to the Boy and Girl Scouts? -- an interesting observation Bonnie -- unfortuantely -- actions like the one you express are pervasive in our society -- peace to you -- JMW

I know someone that blinked and patiently waited for the parked car to drive away and a car doming front the wrong way snapped the parking place, when that someone hit the horn the other driver gave the finger.
The someone took the black mobile telephone from his pocket and placed it on his trouser's belt, like the butt of a gun would show and walked to the other car like no worried at all.
The other driver lowered his window and beligerantly said "Whasamatter!!!" The someone just opened the left side of his jacket to show the "gun's butt" and beatifically smiled to the troublemaker..."OhmyGodIamsosorry! and vacated the place like a expert Nascar one.

The crowded mall is no place to itch is the moral.

Hahaha!!! That'll learn you!!! I hate it when I'm in a shopping mall and I get an itch on my back where I cannot reach it I have to ask my hubby to scratch it for me. The heat in the mall does it to me all the time.
