Lets Call It A Day

What a beautiful horse is Bobby he’s as free as the morning sun
nothing to do but roam around on a trail til the day is done .
Oh oh Bobby-O
see how green the long grass grows .
Oh Oh away we go
and listen down where the river flows .

Riding around all day yeah
up above the sky is blue ,
in the country folk are so friendly
as they wave
and say how do you do .
Hey hey what do you say ,
shouldn’t life just be that way.
Oh oh Bobby-O ,
lets say hello and call it a day .
Yeah so lets just call it a day
and put the saddle away
then spend a moment two
with a good friend
who would eat the daylights right out of the hay .

Somewhere between horse and rider
is a bond you can never break ,
like a whisper that goes forever
with a sound only love can make
ooh oh Bobby-O
now and then you never know ,
Oh oh away we go ,
to say hello until its time to go .
