This reminds me of a comedy routine I saw on TV last night by Carlos Mensia(sp) about how people percieved as different want to be treated as equals, but he put a comic twist to it....

A great statement about how invisible some of us are because we're different. And you're right, it would be a very dull world if we were all the same inside and out.
Some walk past people who are different to themselves and pretend not to see them at all.
Each one of us is a unique individual, no matter who we are, we possess our own quality in life. It is sad that some people do not want to acknowledge another's existence just because they're different.
It is sad that some people can only see differentness as somthing to stare at, we are all different in some way or another which is what makes us all unique and special in our own way.
