The Gift

I offer you, the world
My many faces
Guilt-stricken eyes and tear stained cheeks
Mouth stretched in a grimace of pain
I beg your understanding
Asking only that you give it
Eyes wide with childish awe
Grin from ear to ear
I offer you my happiness and joy
Asking only that you share it
Hazel eyes heavy with passion
Mouth open, devouring
Tongue exploring, lips parted in pleasure
I offer you my desire
Asking only that you sate it
I offer you, the world
My many facets
My moods, my dreams, my fears
Asking only that you respect it
Accept it
Reject it
Explore it
Deplore it
It is my gift and it is offered to you

I ask only that you
Not
Ignore it

Hi Sue,
I have read much of your work and enjoyed virtually all of it. This is wonderful as usual and you are hardly a person that can be ignored! Just to much passion for that.
