My husband came home from golf the other day and said I need a poem about my golfing buddies.Apparently his buddies came up with the name "Sweet Sixteen", So I gave it my best shot
SWEET SIXTEEN We put our heads together About a month ago. We thought no one Would notice We ain’t sixteen no mo! We get together every week To play a round or two. We come together From a far We’re near as we can be We’re having fun In the sun But we ain’t sixteen no mo. We’ve become the best of friends No other we can find When we’re together There’s lots of laughter They think we’ve lost our mind.
