Who cares if he looks? The heart is a wonderful organ, it can mend itself. Of course you aren't speaking about a heart, it is the mind people are REALLY talking about when they speak of heart problems.

Like the tears, this cascades well too.
There is such a gentle yet poignant saddness in the poem.
Very well expressed.
Keep streching them poetic wings, never let them be clipped..
