" . . .and sew on, and sew on, and scoobie-doobie-doo . . . "

Poem Artwork

Had a code of un-chivalry:

Do outrageous things; Do

engage in treason; Swing

from trees; Swat at bees;

Force yourself on ladies;

Lap up the gravy; Battle

in wrongful quarrels - Yes!

That's why they were known

as the Knits of the Round Table!

Let me lay their names on you:

Sir Culate - strew bodies

Sir Cumbendibus - used profanity

Sir Cumcision - a real cut up

Sir Cumstantial - left doubt

Sir Cumvent - baffled the enemy

Sir Pentine - very fiendish

Sir Rated - bit with saw-toothed teeth

Sir Ogate - would send in a double

Sir Tificate - handed out death notices

Sir Veillance - a peeping Tom

Sir Vility - believed in bondage

King Arthritis' men were attributed to

sub-human abilities - spent a lot of

time on the doodleloom knitting things,

like a wife and family; weapons; and

clothing - they even knitted a castle

complete with water and moat; Would

you believe they even intertwined a

battle complete with horses - also

knitted this poem . . ."That's All Folks!"
