The Dungeon is our way of life – yeah!

We hate the king but adore the queen

She’s got great legs, no varicose veins

When we’re getting whipped, we think

of her . . .

 

It’s the only thing that keeps us going

Chorus: “Oh, we’ve got dysentery,

ergotism; gonorrhea, influenza; leprosy

and malaria;” “And we also suffer from

rack-a-phobia . . . ”

 

Since we’ve been here, we’ve all grown

several inches – we have to fight the

rats for the food; then dump fleas

and plague us all with measles and

typhoid fever . . .

 

Is there a good physician in the house?

Chorus: “Oh, we’ve got dysentery,

ergotism; gonorrhea, influenza; leprosy

and malaria;” “And we also suffer from

rack-a-phobia . . . ”

 

But it really doesn’t matter about the

food – they rip out our teeth and nails

Then we’re subjected to thumb screws

and tongue removal; then branding and

some burning . . .

 

There’s no sleeping – too much screaming

Chorus: “Oh, we’ve got dysentery,

ergotism; gonorrhea, influenza; leprosy

and malaria;” “And we also suffer from

rack-a-phobia . . . ”

 

We live a short life – I’m called grandpa and

I’m only 35; we’re all in here for simple crimes

Me?  I told the king to be fruitful and multiply

Well, gotta go now, it’s time to be disfigured

and ahhhhhhhhh . . .

Goodness Grief!!
Another tale of the sea, unique to only you, as you have taken scary and made it humorous
This is hilarious, and I hope that crazy chorus does not stick in my mind!
