I haven't been around AD much for some time. I am sorry. You as my "poet" family have been very nice and I appreciate and love you all. There's someone (Michelle) who has put up with a lot from me. So I came up with a few words that do not at all do her justice. I am actually embarassed but... ...since I can't do better. It's a respecful acknowledgement of what she's done for me... ... in no way does it come close to repaying her. She is an angel.
Anyways, there is nothing to be embarrassed about here. This quite a lovely poem, written from the heart, and filled with emotion that's much needed in poetry. I hope this person appreciates your poem to her very much because it is special as are you Regis and the bonds you create with people.
What a lovely tribute Regis to an obviously fine lady. Someone who understands you as a human being along with your faults. This is special and I am sure very treasured from that lovely lady.

Regis, I now see you, truly for the first time. You are insecure. That is very cute, but be careful because you could attract psychic vampires who will eat you alive with their woes and manipulations.
Your spirit too shows in this one. Inadequately put from me, but this poem is a fine one. Glad you are back and posting. Angel Girl (Michelle) should be very happy you acknowledge her as an angel, but aren't all of us girls angels to someone sometime or other?

There are some emotions that are simply impossible to put into words and gratitude can certainly be one of those. For those special persons who bring so much to our lives, the best we can do, no matter how excellent it may be, somehow never seems like enough.
