I wrote this over 15 years ago. Just something fun for Halloween. Don't blame me if it's bad.
The motel across the way is haunted by the old desk clerk. You notice nothing at midday because at night is when he lurks. As people pass by, looking for a place to stay the old man watches them nigh but no word does he say. When they decide to rest is when he begins to scare And, I must confess no one has ever left... yet.
