Spider Woman

Observation of nature, lesson in persistence.

 Spider Woman

 

Weaver of broken silks,

collector of wings and bodies,

you come after dusk

to repair what

the east wind shreds,

each night's labor

a delicate sketch

between foliage and frame.

I am nothing in your

fragile world,

yet I love you.
