Well I wonder if Adam and Eve had never took a fig leaf what would the world be like today? Have always looked at a person heart as that truly will tell what the person is like for real instead of their body or clothes. As old country boy for sure have done plenty of skinny dipping in my life and enjoyed the natural feeling. Rose glad you found this peace with being natural as your write really shows how and what you found. May you continue grow in life as well as your writing,

What I used to attribute to shyness and false modesty, I now beleive is just clutching to a sense of privacy denied me growing up in a large family. Old habits die hard. But oh to have that sense of freedom! Envy those who are so at ease with their bodies. You go Rose!

Avoiding the questionable and shunning the unknown puts one in a box, and they become psychological barriers that prevent one's own personal fulfillment, as well as excitement! Exploring the unknown, the naturist side of Rose's poem lets us free ourselves and try new experiences. Eliminate some of the sameness and routine in your life, that way you won't choose that mythological breakdown if you add a little spice of uncertainty to your life.! Great write, Rose! Fantastic nature poem.

To get naked outdoors

Been doin that very same thing since I was a young lad at the old skinny dipping quarry - marvelous - makes one truly feel free. Now I like to skinny dip in northwood lakes in the moonlight.

Too cool here to traverse the woods in the nude,
Too cold in the ocean to that way swim,
Nightmares the world would have if I did so,
Therein then I would prefer not to of myself show off,
I think that that may be way altogether to rude...;) Ed
