Here Is What Was Said
I was cruising the internet
Just the other day
And came upon a study
And here’s what it had to say
“Men think of sex every seven minutes”
I turned to my daughter
Who upon her own laptop played
I told her of the research
And here is what I had to say
“I’m glad I’m not a man who has to wait
Seven minutes between sexual thoughts
Waiting would be like forever and a day”
And here’s what my daughter with a roll
Of her eyes had to say.
“MOM, please behave”
Oops, I forgot parents aren’t supposed
To think of sex in anyway
So I asked my daughter
“How did you get here anyway?”
My daughter shot me a frown
But had nothing to say
And I thought, What the hey?

Well there probably once was a time for a seven minute clock. Now? Well it depends. If the Carl's Jr ad is running, or they're selling perfume I might get reminded. I remember as a young adult the thought of my "elderly parents" rolling around in the sack made me cringe. Now I'm downstream of 60 and as you say, "what the hey?" I still like rolling around in the sack. Patrick
