God wrapped you up in love, gave you two eyes, two ears, two arms, two legs, a mouth and a little pug nose. He didn't want you to be all alone, so He made another that looked just. Like. You. SURPRISE!! T W I N S. We came early. The doctors didn't give our parents much hope. They said we would die. Shows what they know. God had other plans. We had our struggles. We still do, but we're together. Each other's shadows. Best friends. Biggest blessing. Facing life's challenges hand in hand. And that's the way it should be. I'm so glad God gave me you as His first birthday present. Happy Birthday, Karen! ♥

That's a very nice birthday present. I must remember to get my twin a present for his next birthday, and I know exactly what that will be. It will be a poem because, unless it's about golf or cars, he's unlikely to appreciate it.
