If life is a roller coaster
I am on the up side
I get to catch my breath
Lean my head back, let
The headache ease and
Hold still for a moment,
Just a brief moment of eternity
Before the clenching comes
Roaring down hills and through
Loops, head banging screams and tears
Of which, I am all too familiar.
