Ed hinted at his angelic qualities as he reviewed Naughty Valentines Limericks. Well I say....
Calling all Angels

Poem Artwork

A certain member of the Den

Has claimed angelic tendencies

I have read a great deal of his work

And noted past dependencies

He claimed his clan would vouch for him

Which proves the evil of his ways

I’ve heard his Ma would use the soap

When his naughty words set her ablaze

But his Ma became real frustrated

When he developed a taste for Dial

And through the foam and bubbles

She could see his evil smile

He took to the pen to spread his words

To the delight of many folks

And now that he’s returned to us

I going to prod him with my jokes

We all could use some chuckles

And I think it helps him too

Starting a game of humor badminton

Is just right damn thing to do

And so that we are all crystal clear

A skeleton in my closet speaks

Ed’s halo’s no where near his head

It circumscribes his lower cheeks

Ho, Ho, Ho, that's my Bro!

But he is not a Naughty Angel, he's the infamous Jersey Devil - a mysterious flying reptile from another planet. And those butt cheek Devil wings help him navigate in the dark!

The poor guy, he is the typical country song, his health left him, his dog left him, his Ma is about to leave him, God he needs cheering, but that halo you thought round his larger self, well that could be something else entirely. Me thinks you have done enough to cheer him in one day, good on ya! Jasmin Horst
