I WILL NOT BE A HYPOCRITE AND ACT LIKE WE ARE A PERFECT NATION...FOR, WE ARE NOT A PERFECT NATION, ALBEIT...FAR, FAR FROM IT. AND OUR PAST AND, MOST CERTAINLY, PRESENT HISTORY ASCERTAINS THIS. BUT COMPARED TO SO MANY OTHER COUNTRIES WHERE INJUSTICES MUST BE ENDURED IN PATHETIC SILENCE, I MUST SAY...OUR FIGHT TO NEVER LET GO OF AMERICA'S 'FOUNDATIONAL CONSTITUTIONAL' TREASURES SUBSTANTIATES THAT...WE ARE THE BEST! EVEN THOUGH NOW OUR INALIENABLE RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND OTHER 'DEMOCRATIC HUMANITARIAN LAWS' ARE BEING SORELY CHALLENGED...I THANK GOD THAT I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN BORN IN AMERICA. HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! PRESSING-ON...

*Happy Birthday, My Friend!* *just a note to let you know…* *regardless shameful errors on 'the hill'* *I appreciate your shores...so* ***** I am grateful that...God deemed... in this land I should be born It could have been some other place where freedom of speech is trashed & torn… and where the tentacles of racism’s plight is accepted…not fought and scorned /// Many have come to your doors and at times, you've opened them wide Sometimes you've paid…Freedom’s… price with your…Humanity...struggling to abide Thus, the earned citizenship of some beneath…us dome is now attacked with cruel…reversal…chide *** You've only been around a short while, and… as a…World Leader… been torn and seared But I want to say, even with your imperfections you are my homeland...and still...I sincerely care /// Thus, each and every day... no matter what your condition or weather I thank God for His mandated Mercy and Grace which brought you and I…together * *I don't know what the future holds* *but I can promise this...* *Whereby, my right to…disagree…will be enforced* *I’ll never desert you…with disowner-ship gist* *For, I'll be there right beside you* *through the storms...and the bliss* /// *So it is...with much love* *that will never ever end...* *Happy Birthday To You!* *Happy Birthday, My Friend!* 1JOHN 4:7-8 & 20-21 copyright7/4/2010

Joyce, I have lived in Europe for over ten years now....31/2 in the UK and 61/2 in Italy....and although both places are beautiful, I can, in all honesty say, that we, as Americans are truly blessed. Beautiful writing, Joyce.

Indeed, still a baby nation, or early preteen. A culture will develop over the next 1000 years. Or faster if it could learn from the indigenous peoples.

Indeed, Canada is blessed to be in the commonwealth, giving it a balanced mature view ever since 1812 when it kicked the new yanky ways out.
