The Grass is Lush and Green,
And Amidst and Among
And Interspersed Between,
Early Flowers can be Seen!


Lots of Daffodils,
White or Yellow,
Wave on Their Stalks,
Frills Saying - Hello!


Here and There, and Everywhere,
Crocus Buds Peek Out,
Multi-Colored Magnificence
It’s Spring! They Shout!


Gladiolas Too - Help to Paint,
A Serene Scene,
So Delicate And
Quite Quaint!


Yes, Spring is in the Air,
Mother Nature Sports
Her Floral Flair,
Of Wondrous and Sundry Sorts!


Yellow Bushes of Forsythia
Wave in the Breeze,
Spreading Pollen -
To Help you to - Sneeze!

Too Soon for Tulips Now,
But they’ll Arrive Soon,
Just Count the Days,
And Watch the Moon!


One Morning you’ll Awaken,
And There They’ll Be,
Circling like Tiny Wagons,
‘Round Yonder Tree!


Right Now, the Dogwoods
Show Resplendence,
Reaching Towards the Sky,
As April Showers Do their Dances!


Cherry Blossoms Abound,
Some White, Some Pink,
God’s Pastel Colors
Surely Make One Think!


The Music has Started,
The Song Must be Sung,
God is in His Heavens,
Spring Has Sprung!
