Reverend, Doctor, April Yolanda Silas.

The very words conjure an embodiment of Divine Will:

-   An alchemical realization of Self –

A greening of spirit that digs her toes deep into verdant earth;

   Stretches her sturdy limbs to sail in high wind;

Cups her eager hands for the blessing of thunderstorms;  

   Lifts her gaze to the warmth and scorch of the sun’s light.

From seed to blossom, knowing she is what she has always been:

 -  What no other could tell her to be -

A soul fulfilled, resonating to deepest truths of its self;

   Breathing in - breathing out God’s will; 

Transforming and being transformed

   by the never-ending cycle of Creation.
