A tribute to the self, from the self and only about the self...so selfish I am...

Poem Artwork

Ed Matlack,

Sometimes sharp as the proverbial tack,

Oftimes he does lack any tack,

Can be found mostly in the sack,

As sleeping is his thing, he does that without any lack…

As a writer, he is only mediocre being as such a literary hack,

In the short of it, Mr. Matlack certainly does lack any plaques,

To keep track of his long in the tooth knack

For writing so many little knick knacks…

So if you wish to read more poems taken out of his sack,

Please feel free to do so, remembering that the permanent vertical crack,

Is as always a smile, a smile the goes up and down, thereby creating,

A place to take a whack at, if you feel wronged by his creations from his “id”,

So most certainly and obviously, whacked!

Ed, I enjoy reading the writings of someone from another planet. What scares me is you might be their leader!!!

Keep em coming...
