Bored…

Nothing is worse,

I don’t mean to be terse,

But I want this to be verse,

About being bored, damn I want to curse…

Nothing to do,

You may think me to be without a clue,

Don’t tell me so, or this day you will rue,

I have completed most all my tasks,

Cleaned the property, the grass could again be cut,

Not in the mood am I to even be blue…

Sticky and humid out but nothing new,

Took a ride to the bank, yeah Rufuz too,

Bored am I out of my skull, even to work I would do,

Better than sitting here trying to write about boredom so dull,

Trying to think about it, yes trying to mull,

TV a waste, stereo too, no DVD’s to watch, computers in a lull…

Sleeping a lot I do when I am bored,

How much do I sleep, I don’t keep the score,

Can only do so much cleaning,

If I had gas in my car, even when broke,

I could go to the beach, but for now out of my reach…

Dear Ed,

Sorry you aren't feeling so grand,
but like Karen said, at least you
are still alive. As long as that
heart still beats, there is lots to
do !!

Take care Ed,

Warm hugs
