Even Tarzan has Responsibilities…

Tarzan came home one day,

Swinging on vines and collecting fruit is hard work he did say,

Listened to his messages on his coconut phone,

Seemed he was better off staying away from home…

The elephants wanted boy to come play with the baby,

The hippo wanted him to come for a swim just maybe,

The snake did a lot of hissing,

The lion did roar that others were pissing,

On his territory, so much lost he was now missing…

The monkeys couldn’t stop monkeying around,

Chased away by their neighbors they were,

Yes, for screaming and making to much sound,

The giraffe’ didn’t bother to call,

Just stuck its head in the window it was so tall…

Tarzan and Jane did have a stress attack,

While boy just sat on his bed and played with his “little bat”,

Ah boys will be boys, their bats are their lives,

Needed to be careful did he, as this bat did bite, a vampire he was at that,

If a moral is derived from this story by you,

I guess it would be that even in paradise,

Before listening to the answering machine, you had better think twice…
