Dirty Linen…

If they cannot get up and walk away on their own,

Then they are not ready to change, no need to clone,

As they are not really dirty, unless they smell bad to me,

Or they get sticky from the humidity or there is actual dirt you can see…

Tonight a night to change those sheets,

Wet they were from the amount of humidity,

Or maybe my physical problems made me kinda leaky,

That maybe the reason for my sheets being kinda also stinky…

Guess I will have to tonight as well take a shower,

As a fresh change of sheets feels less than perfect,

Without the body laying in them being clean as well,

Don’t want to, on this subject of dirty linen too much dwell,

So will end this short poem about dirt & sheets here,

Just to say for the night farewell, before my sheets you are able to smell…
