I don't smoke, have no idea where this dream came from, so weird dreams can be...

has a quality associated with that moment.

An Expanded Upon Dream…

Swimming along, enjoying the relaxation,

When all of a sudden from the other side of a wave,

Splashing and screaming, oh my I thought,

Something happening that is grave…

The wave approaches, I float over it, and what do I see,

As I feared it was something quite grave, such a scary sight,

No fins from sharks, no blood in the water, screams were of delight,

Smokers & non, going crazy, boxes and boxes of cigarettes floating to shore…

The beach now a madhouse, the roads leading to and from jammed,

All these boxes being picked up and thrown into cars,

In the front seats, in the back, in the trunks, leave the kids, yes cram,

I was also caught up in this crazed rampage, three boxes of smokes,

What will I do with them, I don’t smoke, just being part of the crowd I guess…

Called a friend, go to 44th and the beach, where my house used to stand,

Boxes and boxes of cigarettes all free for the taking, nothing was planned,

Awoke then I did, not understanding this crazy dream, smoke I do not,

What the reason was for my dreaming of this, I have no idea,

Must have been something I ate, yes the food from the pizzeria…

Nah... it's all the "can't smoke here anymore" stuff in the news... perhaps, you're harboring some sympathy for those who now must take to the freezing streets to puff, instead of sitting on their barstools and blowing smoke up some prospective one-night-stands psyche... hehe. You're a hoot! I LOVE the picture up there! ta-ta, Eddie M... katy xox.

(((ed)))

pizza will do straaange things to you, but there is a message in this one--BRAVO!

(((HUGS))) and love, karla.

i smoke. (i know, i know, badgirl!) ANYway, i do not throw my butts anywhere--i field strip 'em, making sure the fire is out, and put 'em in my pocket--nearest trash can gets 'em :)

Yep...a good pizza'll do it every time. Then you can sit back and enjoy the cinema at no extra charge. Never try to figure out a dream. There's too many theories anyway...just enjoy the meal and then relax for the adventure of added pleasure....sometimes!!!
great poem here Ed!

either. Ha ha!
You sure have some doozies when it comes to dreaming!
