We all do get old, A fact of life we must watch unfold, We even get to a point, Where we worry we can get over the common cold...

Fading Beauty… Our eyesight it does fade, Our hearing needs an aid, Sex is a thing of the past, We knew all along it would not last… We all do get older, It’s a given we are used to, Perhaps our creator we could sue, To our smooth wrinkle free skin, we bid adieu… When young, we get tattoos, We take steroids to make us better, All these have an eventual effect, Don’t forget those implants, How could you forget, they make us a life long debtor… Yes, you may be stricken with disease, Old and infirmed, your religious beliefs reconfirmed, You find you have bad knees, You may fall over in the slightest breeze… But with implants in your breasts, When you do actually die, You will never be able to totally rest, And as your coffin lid won’t close, Be sure to remember, you were the one that wanted those things on your chest… © ed ~ 11/20/04

Yes, tell it to the women who went for "Extreme Makeover" and "The Swan" programs...

Tell it to the wrestlers too. I was told that some wrestling stars get implants to make their chests appear to be bigger.

What are they going to think of next? They don't realize after a while when all the muscles around the implants died, all you can see are two big round things on their chests. It is disgusting! I don't know why people go for implants when they look so fake!

This is a good piece of writing for discussion...
