OK, Who’s the wise guy that turned down the thermostat in NJ…?
Thursday was seventy degrees,
Tomorrow is supposed to be thirty,
Who did this dastardly deed, yes dirty?
My internal thermostat is awry,
No wonder we all have the sniffles,
Must be from being outside playing with that holey ball, yes wiffle…
Left central jersey around nine thirty,
Calm it was, clear and no rain,
Got home about eleven thirty,
High winds enough to knock me off the roads,
Heavy rains so much they are warning even the toads…
If I find him or her as it were,
I will have to throw then into a plant full of burrs,
Our temps are down to below thirty now,
When just a few hours ago they were above sixty, we were saying wow…
If we had had a lot of previous cold,
I would say this was a mid winter defrost,
But fortunately for us, we have avoided that cost,
But looks like starting tomorrow the mid-winter summer temps are to us lost…

It's 57 degrees and windy with rain here in MA. Tonight is suppose to plummet to the 20s. Nice write and don't forget to keep an extra blanket handy.
