humor...? well to some it may be...

Poem Artwork

Alone, with friends and neighbors about,

Alone, surrounded by the multitudes no doubt,

Cities on the horizon, gay voices screaming happily,

But alone I am, without the touch of my one true love…

Passed by, millions seeing me but not,

Noticing me only for a second, back to their thoughts,

An ability to transcend my loneliness was never taught,

To be with and feel a part, that the lesson that is sought…

Time to leave, time to forget them all,

Watching from my perch, I do inside ball,

From overhead I can see millions more,

I feel a poop coming on, maybe on that guy screaming fore,

Ain’t life anything but an endless bore…?

It sure can be an endless bore if that is the mindset. Doesn't have to be that way. Look to the bright and not too distance future. there is one, you know?
