Where do you suppose that term came from...?

Poem Artwork

Fortunately for me, not right now,

As well enough for winter we got chow,

As long as I can keep up with the white stuff from the cow,

Winter will be quite altogether comfy for me and my NON-meow…

Though I know the feelin’ too well,

After the vote more will become available,

As well the gas prices will again rise,

As long as the herb is out there, no matter the size…

Don’t feel the cold unless I am jonesin’,

The winter does not pass well in this city of tin,

As long as we all are high as the proverbial kite,

We all are to each other absolutely & positively polite…

Hybernating as high as a proverbial kite would be a fine thing. We call such gathering of winter nuts keeping up with the Jonesies. Heh, remember that smoochy song? 'Me and mrs, mrs jones, mrs jones, mrs jones, we gorra thing goin' on,'
Thought I'd throw that bit in.
